Shipping Policy

Domestic orders only. The minimum product subtotal is ₹499 before shipping. Domestic shipping is ₹100 below a ₹999 product subtotal and free at ₹999 or above.

Made-to-order items normally require 4–5 days of production. Delivery after production normally takes 5–7 days depending on location, so please allow approximately 9–12 days in total.

Orders are prepaid only; cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Courier delays outside Ginny’s control may affect the final delivery date.
